Our journey began in 1993 when Dale, our founder, opened the doors with a vision: to provide homeowners with superior flooring solutions and personalized service. Believing in the power of trusted relationships, Dale entrusted the store's management to Jim’s mother, a seasoned flooring professional, when the business joined the Carpet One co-op in its early years. At age 57, she took ownership of the business, building it on a foundation of family values and a commitment to putting customers first.

Today, her son Jim proudly carries on that legacy. For the past seven to eight years, Jim has led the store alongside his brother, representing two generations of family dedication to treating your home with care and respect. Many of our customers have been with us for decades, returning time and again because they know they’ll always be treated like neighbors and friends.
